The phrase "more useful than anyone is telling you" is doing a lot of work here, and I mean that as a compliment — it's rare to see someone hold the complexity of cycle syncing without either dismissing it entirely or overselling it. The middle path you're navigating, between real evidence and real lived experience, is where I find the most interesting conversations happen. I especially sat with the section on energy variation — because the thing that changed most for me wasn't what I scheduled, it was that I stopped apologizing for the variation itself.

This actually means a lot — thank you for reading it so carefully. That line you pulled out is exactly what I was trying to do, so it's good to know it landed.

And what you said at the end is the thing I keep coming back to. The scheduling is almost secondary. It's the permission to stop treating the variation as a problem to fix that changes everything. Once you understand why the week before your period feels the way it does, you stop spending energy fighting it and start just... working with it.

Really glad it resonated. Going to go check out The Private Diary now 👀
