The goal has always been the same: to give you a framework for understanding what your body is doing and why rather than a list of things to try.
I think the content is getting better. But I’m making decisions based on assumptions about what’s useful to you, what topics matter, and what’s missing. I’d rather make those decisions based on what you actually tell me.
